Clinical Expectations

  • • Strong orthopedic foundation
    • Competence in manual therapy and exercise prescription
    • Ability to develop individualized home exercise programs
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Professional presentation and reliability

  • • Active Florida Physical Therapy license
    • Reliable transportation
    • Willingness to travel locally within Southwest Florida

  • • Vestibular rehabilitation experience
    • Post-operative orthopedic expertise
    • Golf or tennis rehabilitation interest
    • Dry needling certification

Compensation & Structure

This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role.

Compensation includes:

• Revenue share model
• Competitive per-visit rates
• Premium rates for after-hours care
• Flexible caseload growth
• Performance-based income potential

There are no productivity quotas or insurance restrictions.

Income reflects the level of professionalism and care delivered.
