Strong Manual Therapy skills
Experience working with private pay or high expectation clientele
Compensation & Structure
This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position within a private-pay concierge model.
Compensation is revenue based and reflects both clinical expertise and professionalism.
Compensation Includes:
• Competitive per-visit compensation (approximately $100/visit)
• Premium rates for after-hours care
• Flexible caseload growth based on clinician preference
• Performance-based income potential
There are no productivity quotas or insurance restrictions.
Clinicians maintain meaningful autonomy over scheduling while ensuring that plan of care frequency is met and patient outcomes remain the priority.
Income reflects the quality of care delivered and the level of ownership demonstrated.
