A member service enhancement for private clubs

Club Wellness & Physical Therapy Partnerships

PT-led wellness, mobility, injury prevention, and recovery support for golf clubs, country clubs, racquet clubs, and private member communities.

Elliott Concierge Physical Therapy partners with clubs and private member communities to help members stay active, recover confidently, and continue participating in the activities they value most. From golf and tennis to pickleball, fitness, travel, and daily life, our goal is to provide a professional wellness resource that complements the club experience without creating a major operational burden.

The opportunity

Help Members Stay Active in the Activities They Joined For

Members do not join a club because they want more appointments on their calendar. They join for golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, social connection, family time, and quality of life.

When pain, surgery, balance issues, mobility loss, or injury concerns start limiting those activities, the member experience changes. Elliott Concierge Physical Therapy helps bridge that gap by giving members access to expert guidance focused on movement, recovery, strength, and return to activity.

This is not about adding a traditional clinic to the club. It is about offering a practical, professional resource that helps members keep doing what they came to the club to enjoy.

A simple beginning

Ways to Start Small

A club partnership does not need to begin as a large program. Start with a low-commitment pilot and see whether members find the service valuable.

01

Member Wellness Talk

A short educational session on golf mobility, racquet sport injury prevention, balance, strength, fall prevention, or returning to activity after orthopedic surgery.

02

Member Screening Day

Brief individual screens focused on pain, mobility, balance, injury prevention, or limitations affecting golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, or daily activity.

03

Ask a PT Session

A casual member education format where members can ask general questions about pain, mobility, balance, recovery, and safe return to activity.

04

Mobility or Movement Class

A PT-led group session focused on mobility, strength, balance, warm-up routines, and movement strategies that support club life.

If members respond well, the club can decide whether to explore recurring programming or individual appointment options. If interest is limited, there is no need for the club to continue.

Designed for leadership

Low Lift for the Club

The goal is to make the partnership simple for club leadership and staff. ECPT can operate independently and handle the clinical and administrative side of care.

ECPT can handle

  • Scheduling and intake
  • Clinical documentation
  • Payment and privacy requirements
  • Professional liability
  • Clinical care
  • Member communication materials, if desired by the club

The club may only need to provide

  • An approved space
  • A time window
  • Optional inclusion in club emails, flyers, newsletters, or programming announcements
  • A point person for basic coordination

Flexible by design

Partnership Options

Each club is different. The structure can be customized based on the club’s space, member interest, communication preferences, and desired level of involvement.

The simplest approach is often to begin with one pilot event, measure member interest, and only expand if the club and members find it valuable.

01

one-time member event

02

Seasonal wellness programming

03

Monthly screening day

04

Limited PT office hours

05

Scheduled individual member appointments

06

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear expectations help clubs and members understand how the resource can fit.

Does the club need to employ Elliott Concierge Physical Therapy?

No. Depending on the partnership structure, ECPT can operate independently while providing an approved wellness or physical therapy resource for members.

Does the club need to provide equipment?

Usually no. Many wellness talks, screens, and mobility sessions can be performed with minimal equipment or standard fitness space.

Is this only for injured members?

No. Services can include injury prevention, mobility, strength, balance, post-surgical recovery, wellness education, and return to activity guidance.

Can this start as a one-time event?

Yes. A one-time member wellness talk, screening day, or mobility session is often the simplest way to gauge interest.

Who handles scheduling and payment?

ECPT can handle scheduling, intake, payment, documentation, privacy requirements, and clinical care.

Is this a replacement for golf, tennis, or pickleball instruction?

No. Golf, tennis, and pickleball pros help members improve skill and performance. ECPT helps address the physical limitations, pain, mobility restrictions, strength deficits, balance issues, and recovery concerns that may affect participation.

Can members receive individual care?

If the club and members find value in the service, individual consultations or scheduled physical therapy visits may be offered by appointment in an appropriate club space.

A practical first step

Start With a Simple Pilot

The easiest first step is a low-commitment pilot event. This allows the club to see whether members are interested before considering any ongoing arrangement.
