The Four Pillars of Living Well

1) Balance & Fall Prevention
Gait training, perturbation practice, safe turning, transfer strategies, home safety tweaks.

2) Strength & Flexibility
Gentle resistance and stretching to maintain confidence with stairs, showers, and outings.

3) Cardio for Brain & Body
Low-impact walking or chair aerobics; fun, music-supported pacing; heart-healthy progression.

4) Caregiver Playbook
A simple, printed and digital plan for daily exercises, cues, and “what to do if…” scenarios.

Note: We provide general wellness guidance (hydration, Mediterranean-style principles, sleep and routine). For individualized nutrition or medical management, we coordinate with your physician and dietitian.

What You Receive

  • (60 min) Risk profile, mobility testing, home-safety review.

  • Balance, strength, and cardio routines matched to your home and schedule.

  • We teach the routine; you get a simple, laminated cheat-sheet.

  • Private, in-home, 1:1. Frequency customized (e.g., 2–3x/week initially).

  • Family Updates: Brief post-visit notes highlighting progress and recommendations.

  • We liaise with your concierge MD, neurologist, or home-care nurse as needed.

How It Works

  • A 10–15 minute call to ensure fit and discuss goals.

  • We assess balance, gait, transfers, strength, and home safety.

  • We begin PT sessions and train caregivers with a clear daily routine.

  • Monthly re-checks, measurable outcomes, and program refinements.
