On-Site Physical Therapy for Employers & Practice Groups
One-on-one physical therapy for your physicians, dentists, attorneys, and staff, at your office or around their schedule, so pain gets looked at early instead of after it starts costing time at work.

Two ways to partner. A no-cost preferred-provider option, or a recurring on-site program. Both can start with a short pilot.
Why it matters
The People Who Keep Your Practice Running Rarely Have Time for PT
Care that fits around the workday, delivered where your team already is.
Clinicians, hygienists, attorneys, and office staff spend long days bent over patients, standing through procedures, or working at a desk. Neck, back, shoulder, and wrist pain are common in this kind of work, and most people push through it because there is no good time to get to a clinic.
By the time the pain gets attention, it has often started to affect focus, energy, and time at work.
Elliott Concierge Physical Therapy brings one-on-one care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy to your office, or to your team members at home before or after the workday. Your practice decides how involved it wants to be, from simply recommending us to hosting regular on-site time.

Partnership options
Two Ways to Partner
Start with the option that fits your team. Many practices begin as a Preferred Provider and add on-site time once they see how their team uses it.
Option 1
Preferred Provider
No cost to the practice
Your practice names ECPT as its recommended physical therapy option and lets your team know it is available.
What your team gets
- A direct line to schedule with ECPT
- One-on-one visits at the office, at home, or another private space
- Care that works around clinic hours, court dates, and travel
- An itemized invoice for out-of-network reimbursement
Team members schedule and pay for their own visits, the same as any ECPT patient. How office visits work →
Best for: practices that want an easy benefit with no commitment.
Option 2
On-Site Program
Monthly retainer
Recurring physical therapy time at your office, on a schedule set with you. Available in South Bend & Michiana and Southwest Michigan.
What’s included
- Regular on-site time at your office
- The option to include a set number of visits for your team each month
- Priority access for your team between on-site days
- Brief screens with workstation and movement guidance
- Education sessions for your team, such as a lunch-and-learn
- One point of contact for scheduling and questions
Each retainer is built around your team’s size and goals, and we’ll suggest options after a short conversation. Team members’ health information always stays private.
Best for: larger practices and groups that want care built into the workweek.
Designed for busy practices
Low Lift for Your Practice
ECPT runs the clinical and administrative side of care, so your office manager isn’t taking on another project.
ECPT handles
- Scheduling and intake
- Clinical care and documentation
- Payment and itemized invoices
- Privacy of each team member’s health information
- Professional liability
- A short announcement or flyer for your team, if you’d like one
Your practice provides
- For on-site time, a private room such as an office, exam room, or conference room
- A time window that works around your schedule
- A point person for basic coordination
- A way to let your team know the option exists
A practical first step
Start With a Short Pilot
You don’t need to commit to an ongoing program to find out whether your team will use it.
- 1
A Brief Conversation
We learn about your team, your space, and what you’d like to solve.
- 2
A Pilot Day
On-site screens or a short education session for your team, scheduled around patient or client hours.
- 3
Review Together
We look at overall participation and feedback with you. Individual health details are never shared.
- 4
Choose What’s Next
Continue as a Preferred Provider, add regular on-site time, or stop with no obligation.

Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Preferred Provider option really free for the practice?
Yes. There is no cost to the practice. Team members schedule and pay for their own visits, the same as any ECPT patient.
What does the On-Site Program retainer cover?
It’s built around your team. A retainer can reserve regular on-site time, screens, education sessions, and priority access, and it can include a set number of visits each month. We’ll suggest options after a short conversation.
Does the practice see team members’ health information?
No. Each person’s care is private between them and ECPT. When we review a pilot or program with you, we share overall participation only, never individual details.
Does ECPT bill insurance?
No. ECPT is a private-pay practice. Team members with commercial insurance receive an itemized invoice (often called a superbill) they can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. ECPT does not bill Medicare.
Do team members need a referral?
In many cases, no. Depending on the state, the condition, or a recent surgery, we may coordinate with the person’s physician.
What space do you need on site?
A private room such as an office, exam room, or conference room. In most cases a roughly 6-by-6-foot open area is enough, and we bring the treatment table and supplies.
Where is this available?
The Preferred Provider option is available in all three of our regions: South Bend & Michiana, Southwest Michigan, and Naples & Southwest Florida. The On-Site Program is available in South Bend & Michiana and Southwest Michigan. We’ll confirm scheduling in the first conversation.
How is this different from referring a patient?
Referrals are for your patients. This partnership is for your own team. To refer a patient, see our page for referring providers.
