Why office visits
Physical Therapy That Fits Into the Workday
You know physical therapy would help. The hard part is finding the time to drive to a clinic, wait, get treated, and drive back, week after week. Office visits bring one-on-one care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy to you instead.
No Drive, No Waiting Room
Your therapist comes to your office, so a visit takes about as long as the visit itself.
Scheduled Around Your Day
Early in the day, over a long lunch, or at the end of the afternoon. Visits can move between your office and home as your week changes.
Private and Discreet
Visits happen behind a closed door, in your office, an exam room, or a conference room. There’s no waiting room to sit in.
“I’ve worked with physical therapists before, but this is different. Discreet, effective, and absolutely worth it.”
“After my spinal surgery, I knew I didn’t want to bounce between crowded clinics. Elliott Concierge PT brought expert care to me, on my schedule. It felt more like working with a private medical advisor than a therapist.”
Who chooses office visits
For People Whose Calendars Don’t Bend
Office visits suit professionals whose time is booked weeks ahead and hard to give up for an appointment.
Physicians & Surgeons
Long clinic days and time in procedures leave little room for your own appointments.
Dentists & Hygienists
Hours in sustained neck, shoulder, and hand positions, with a schedule full of patients.
Veterinarians
Exam and surgery days spent bent over a table or down on the floor, with a full appointment book.
Optometrists & Ophthalmologists
Hours leaning into a slit lamp or microscope, with patients booked back to back.
Attorneys & Advisors
Desk-heavy days, deadlines, court or client time, and travel.
Executives & Business Owners
Back-to-back meetings and a business that doesn’t pause for appointments.
How it works
How Office Visits Work
- 1
Request Care
Request care online, or call or text. Tell us what’s going on and where you work.
- 2
We Confirm the Details
A Doctor of Physical Therapy follows up within 24 hours to talk through fit, timing, and your space.
- 3
Your First Visit
A full 60 minutes, one-on-one: an evaluation, a clear explanation of what we find, and treatment when appropriate.
- 4
Follow-Up Visits
45, 60, or 90 minutes at your office, at home, or a mix, depending on your plan and your week.
Need an Early or Late Time?
Visits are scheduled during normal business hours, at a time we set together. A time outside normal business hours can be arranged at a premium rate.

Your space
What We Need at Your Office
Not much. Your therapist brings a treatment table and the supplies the visit needs.
- A private room. Your office, an exam room, or a conference room with a door that closes.
- A little floor space. In most cases, a roughly 6-by-6-foot open area is enough.
- Comfortable clothing, or a few minutes to change, so we can see and move the area we’re treating.
- Imaging or notes from your doctor, if you have them.
Your employer doesn’t need to be involved. This is your own care, and your health information stays between you and ECPT.

Questions
Questions About Office Visits
Do you really come to my office?
Yes. Your therapist comes to your office with a treatment table and supplies. All we need is a private room, such as your office, an exam room, or a conference room, with roughly 6 by 6 feet of open floor.
Does my employer need to be involved?
No. This is your own care. You schedule and pay for visits like any ECPT patient, and your health information stays between you and ECPT. If your practice or company would like to offer ECPT to the whole team, see employer partnerships.
Can visits happen early in the morning or after work?
Visits are scheduled during normal business hours, at a time we set together. A time outside normal business hours can be arranged at a premium rate.
What if my schedule changes?
Visits can move between your office and your home as your week changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
How long are visits?
Your first visit is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. After that, visits run 45, 60, or 90 minutes, depending on your plan, goals, and availability.
Do I need a referral or prescription?
In many cases, you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral. However, depending on your medical history, surgery, diagnosis, insurance situation, or state-specific requirements, we may recommend or require coordination with your physician.
Do you bill insurance or Medicare?
ECPT is a private-pay practice and does not bill Medicare. For patients with commercial insurance, we provide an itemized invoice (often called a superbill) to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan.
Where do visits take place?
