What we’ll look at

Twenty Minutes Focused on How Your Body Feels and Moves

Bring whatever is on your mind. If it’s about how your body feels or moves, we can take a look.

Pain

Aches That Keep Coming Back

Back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, or wrist pain, including the ache that shows up after a round or a range session.

Mobility

Stiffness That Limits You

Hips, upper back, or shoulders that make it hard to turn, reach, or get into position.

Strength & control

Where You Compensate

Weak links that may be making another part of your body work harder than it should.

Balance

Stability and Steadiness

Single-leg balance and steadiness, on the course and off it.

Body, not swing

Your Swing Is TEE BOX’s Specialty. Your Body Is Ours.

This screen focuses on your body: pain, mobility, strength, and balance, and where a limitation might be making another area work harder. It isn’t a swing lesson or a swing analysis.

For mechanics and technique, TEE BOX’s TPI-certified golf professional is the expert. If we find something physical that could be affecting how you move, we’ll explain it in plain language, so you can take it to your next lesson.

How the 20 minutes works

Quick, Private, and One-on-One

  1. 1

    Talk

What’s bothering you, what you’ve tried, and what you want to get back to.

  2. 2

    Check

A few quick movement, mobility, strength, and balance tests. Wear clothes you can move in.

  3. 3

    Plan

What we found and a clear next step: an exercise to start with, keep doing what you’re doing, or a full evaluation if something needs a closer look.

A Screen, Not a Sales Pitch

A screen is a quick look, not a full evaluation or treatment. If you’d like care afterward, we’ll explain your options and the cost before anything is scheduled. No pressure, no obligation.

Questions Before You Book

Is it really free?

Yes. The screen is free for TEE BOX members, with no obligation.

Do I need a referral?

No. You don’t need a referral from a doctor for a screen.

Will you look at my swing?

Swing mechanics and technique are TEE BOX’s specialty, so we leave those to their golf pro. We focus on your body: what hurts, what’s stiff, what’s weak, and what’s unsteady.

What should I wear?

Clothes you can move in, like what you’d wear to the gym.

What if I need more than a screen?

We’ll tell you, and we’ll explain your options and the cost before anything is scheduled. ECPT is a private-pay practice. For patients with commercial insurance, we provide an itemized invoice (often called a superbill) for out-of-network reimbursement. How visits and payment work →
